This Bauhaus table lamp by Anglepoise comes from England and was developed by George Carwardine for Herbert Terry & Sons. The frame is made of chrome-plated steel, the shade of polished aluminium, whose surface reflects the light strongly. The articulated double arm with its coil springs and constant spring mechanism can be set in any position and stays there. The stepped metal base ensures a secure stance, even though the lamp reaches out widely at a height of 130 cm. As a desk lamp in a study, it lights up a book, keyboard or sketchpad exactly where the work is done. In period apartments this vintage Anglepoise lamp looks as fitting as in modern interiors. The black fabric cable complements the technical look. The English original is in excellent condition.

At Zeitwerk Home, we prioritise sustainability by applying traditional techniques and using natural materials, oils and resins. We pay particular attention to the environmental friendliness of our work, ensuring that no harmful substances are used. However, the most important aspect of our philosophy is that nothing is more sustainable than an object that lasts a lifetime. Our furniture is carefully restored and processed so that it endures for generations. With today’s booming throwaway mentality, we want nothing to do with it.

Whether modification or Newly Made – we are happy to adapt this piece of furniture entirely to your wishes for an additional fee. We can modify the product shown in terms of colour, dimensions or details, as well as implement a bespoke Newly Made version based on this design. Contact us for your individual requests, preferably directly via the chat at the bottom right.
