§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions of Terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly attributable neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity (Section 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders via our online shop https://zeitwerk-home.de .

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is entered into with Artur Drozd.

3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but rather only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer for him/her to conclude a purchase contract. (4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1. Selection of the desired goods
2. Confirmation by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button
3. Checking the details in the shopping cart
4. Activation of the "Proceed to Checkout" button
5. Registration in the online shop after registration and entry of login details (email address and password)
6. Re-checking or correcting the respective entered data
7. Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Buy" button

The consumer may, before the binding submission of the order, return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button contained in the internet browser used by them after checking their details, and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated e-mail ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of contract text for orders via our online shop: We send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://zeitwerk-home.de/pages/agb. For security reasons, your order data are no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The stated prices include differential taxation and other price components. Any shipping costs are added to these.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment by advance payment.

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment by advance payment, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have stated otherwise clearly in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 7 working days. In the case of payment by advance payment, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank entrusted with the transfer; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in the case of a dispatch sale only upon handover of the item to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Customers as Consumers:

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e.g. by a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract is received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

We may refuse to make the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

German is the only language available for the contract.
