This Art Deco table lamp from France dates from the 1930s and combines a chrome-plated metal base with a conical shade of white plastic. The slender stem rises from a round, gently domed foot and carries the shade like a goblet. The chrome shows slight signs of age, which belong to the original character of a vintage table lamp of this period. Its shade diffuses the light of the bulb softly and evenly. At 56 cm high and 20 cm in diameter, the lamp also fits on narrow chests of drawers, bedside tables or desks. As a 1930s table lamp in the living room or bedroom, it sets a clear, graphic accent in period apartments and modern interiors alike. The bayonet fitting is original and the function has been tested, so the lamp is ready for immediate use. Overall, the condition is very good.

At Zeitwerk Home, we prioritise sustainability by applying traditional techniques and using natural materials, oils and resins. We pay particular attention to the environmental friendliness of our work, ensuring that no harmful substances are used. However, the most important aspect of our philosophy is that nothing is more sustainable than an object that lasts a lifetime. Our furniture is carefully restored and processed so that it endures for generations. With today’s booming throwaway mentality, we want nothing to do with it.

Whether modification or Newly Made – we are happy to adapt this piece of furniture entirely to your wishes for an additional fee. We can modify the product shown in terms of colour, dimensions or details, as well as implement a bespoke Newly Made version based on this design.
