Compact desk in the style of the 1940s with a clear design language and striking colour combination. The chrome-plated steel tube frame lends it both lightness and stability. The body and tabletop are high-quality lacquered in black and purple red, a rare and expressive combination that adds depth to the functional design. The reduced form adheres to the classic Bauhaus ideal without compromising on practical details: two lockable drawers provide storage in a compact format. Ideal for smaller work areas or as a stylish home office statement. From Czechia, excellently restored and ready for immediate use.

At Zeitwerk Home, we prioritise sustainability by applying traditional techniques and using natural materials, oils and resins. We pay particular attention to the environmental friendliness of our work, ensuring that no harmful substances are used. However, the most important aspect of our philosophy is that nothing is more sustainable than an object that lasts a lifetime. Our furniture is carefully restored and processed so that it endures for generations. With today’s booming throwaway mentality, we want nothing to do with it.

Whether modification or Newly Made – we are happy to adapt this piece of furniture entirely to your wishes for an additional fee. We can modify the product shown in terms of colour, dimensions or details, as well as implement a bespoke Newly Made version based on this design. Contact us for your individual requests, preferably directly via the chat at the bottom right.
