This Bauhaus scissor lamp in chrome-plated metal comes from Germany and follows the classic construction with an extendable scissor arm. The chrome-plated links can be pulled apart like an accordion, and the joints are fitted with white sleeves. Glossy chrome-plated on the outside and painted white on the inside, the shade diffuses the light evenly, while slots in the lamp neck carry away the heat of the bulb. With a reach of 62 cm at 18 cm width and 20 cm height, the vintage wall lamp extends far into the room yet can still be pushed back close to the wall. Anyone looking for a scissor lamp for a study, reading corner or hallway can direct the light exactly where it is needed. It suits period apartments as well as modern interiors. The condition is very good, and the chrome surface shows slight signs of age that attest to its original character.

At Zeitwerk Home, we prioritise sustainability by applying traditional techniques and using natural materials, oils and resins. We pay particular attention to the environmental friendliness of our work, ensuring that no harmful substances are used. However, the most important aspect of our philosophy is that nothing is more sustainable than an object that lasts a lifetime. Our furniture is carefully restored and processed so that it endures for generations. With today’s booming throwaway mentality, we want nothing to do with it.

Whether modification or Newly Made – we are happy to adapt this piece of furniture entirely to your wishes for an additional fee. We can modify the product shown in terms of colour, dimensions or details, as well as implement a bespoke Newly Made version based on this design. Contact us for your individual requests, preferably directly via the chat at the bottom right.
