This oval Bauhaus dining table by Artur Drozd is made in the Zeitwerk Home workshop and designed and built locally in Berlin. The base of stainless steel tube is bent into sweeping arcs and gleams cool and mirror-like, while the plywood top is lacquered in a pale pistachio green and framed by a slim stainless steel rim. The vertical supports rise from a semicircular foot arc and keep the oval top looking light. At 180 cm long, 110 cm wide and 75 cm high, the dining table seats six in a dining room or kitchen diner, in a period flat as much as in a modern loft. Material, lacquer colour, dimensions and finish can be adapted on request. As a new piece, it reinterprets the formal language of Bauhaus for today's needs and arrives in excellent condition.

At Zeitwerk Home, we prioritise sustainability by applying traditional techniques and using natural materials, oils and resins. We pay particular attention to the environmental friendliness of our work, ensuring that no harmful substances are used. However, the most important aspect of our philosophy is that nothing is more sustainable than an object that lasts a lifetime. Our furniture is carefully restored and processed so that it endures for generations. With today’s booming throwaway mentality, we want nothing to do with it.

Whether modification or Newly Made – we are happy to adapt this piece of furniture entirely to your wishes for an additional fee. We can modify the product shown in terms of colour, dimensions or details, as well as implement a bespoke Newly Made version based on this design. Contact us for your individual requests, preferably directly via the chat at the bottom right.
