The Mini Desk Z690 displays a clear Bauhaus silhouette with a continuous steel tube construction and open sled base design. The curved, chrome-plated steel tubes elegantly frame the tabletop and lend the piece a light, almost floating effect. Beneath the work surface is a generous shelf spanning the full width, complemented by a central divider for structured organisation. The tabletop and shelf are made from beech-veneered blockboard, stained and oiled. The surface highlights the natural grain of the beech and creates a warm, calm presence in contrast to the cool steel tube. With a width of 130 cm and a depth of 45 cm, this Bauhaus desk is ideal for compact work areas, home offices or hallways. Designed by Artur Drozd and manufactured in our own workshop, the desk stands for precise craftsmanship and high-quality materials. The Bauhaus style is interpreted independently here and adapted to modern living and working needs. Dimensions, wood type, surface finish and colour can be individually configured upon request, including lacquering in RAL colours in matte or glossy finishes.

At Zeitwerk Home, we prioritise sustainability by applying traditional techniques and using natural materials, oils and resins. We pay particular attention to the environmental friendliness of our work, ensuring that no harmful substances are used. However, the most important aspect of our philosophy is that nothing is more sustainable than an object that lasts a lifetime. Our furniture is carefully restored and processed so that it endures for generations. With today’s booming throwaway mentality, we want nothing to do with it.

Whether modification or Newly Made – we are happy to adapt this piece of furniture entirely to your wishes for an additional fee. We can modify the product shown in terms of colour, dimensions or details, as well as implement a bespoke Newly Made version based on this design. Contact us for your individual requests, preferably directly via the chat at the bottom right.
